We developed a tiered service menu geared to help users start broad and move closer to their key point of interest, allowing them to make contact with the facility at any point in their search. Another system for showing related services, providers, and provider's locations was put in place to allow users to quickly see what or who is available in their area.
Venta conducted a video production to showcase the facilities amenities and physicians to provide an overall vision for patients understanding. The "About Me" video contained important information to enable patients to feel more comfortable with the staff and services.
Venta took complete responsibility for writing in-depth content throughout the website, including rewriting and structuring provider biographies. Our subject matter expert spent time researching competitors, fact-checking, and crafting over 60 pages.
